Risorse SpA, società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di Middle e Senior Management, cerca un Senior Internal Auditor per il proprio team.

Descrizione del ruolo

Il Senior Internal Auditor si occuperà di:

  • predisporre il programma delle verifiche da svolgere nell'ambito degli incarichi di audit;
  • analizzare i processi di governance, di business e di supporto, e il relativo sistema dei controlli interni;
  • eseguire le valutazioni di audit attraverso interviste, analisi documentali, test campionari etc...;
  • redigere i rilievi di audit ed identificare le raccomandazioni necessarie alla rimozione dei gap osservati, identificando le strutture interessate;
  • svolgere le attività di risk assessment finalizzate alla predisposizione del piano di audit;
  • monitorare lo stato di risoluzione dei rilievi emessi;
  • predisporre la reportistica da indirizzare al Top Management, agli Organi Aziendali ed alle Autorità di Vigilanza.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in discipline Economiche o Giuridiche;
  • almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella Funzione Internal Audit o in Funzioni di Controllo in Aziende del settore bancario/finanziario, nel settore della gestione di crediti deteriorati o in primarie società di consulenza;
  • ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • il possesso della Certificazione CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) o il conseguimento di un Master/Corso di specializzazione in ambito controlli interni costituiranno titolo preferenziale;
  • conoscenza delle Disposizioni di Vigilanza per gli Intermediari Finanziari (Circolare 288/2015 di Banca d'Italia), dei processi creditizi e di gestione di Non Performing Exposures, delle normative specifiche e linee guida in materia di NPE;
  • conoscenza della Compliance normativa nazionale relativa agli Intermediari Finanziari, anche con riguardo alla L. 262/05, al D. Lgs. 231/01 (nonché alle normative in materia;
  • ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
