About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO IT Banking Specialist to join our team at Bip - Business Integration Partners. As a PMO IT Banking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Financial Services practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT projects in the banking sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and implement processes, selecting suitable technological solutions and drafting operational procedures.
  • Develop and maintain IT governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a PMO role, preferably in a consulting firm, with a focus on banking and finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT project management tools and technologies.
