About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Specialist to join our team in the Valtellina area, Lecco/Sondrio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring the quality of outputs for our clients. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and ensure the quality of outputs for our clients
  • Guarantee the effectiveness of the project realization phase
  • Implement methodologies and standards for project management and development
  • Ensure the direction, coordination, and control of activities, optimizing performance and quality
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Banking, or Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the sector and project management, with a focus on operational and business processes in the banking industry or at a consulting firm
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong communication and representation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and analyze business requirements
  • Problem-solving skills and fluency in English
