We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Strategist to strengthen our marketing efforts in Italy. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Doxee as a Regional Marketing Strategist and contribute to the success of our marketing team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing field marketing strategies to support sales growth in Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective field marketing strategies to drive sales growth in Italy.
- Plan and execute regional marketing events, webinars, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
- Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
- Manage the entire HubSpot marketing lifecycle, including segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns for all international regions.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimize as needed.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support the sales funnel.
- Localize global marketing content and messaging for the Italian market to ensure relevancy and engagement.
- Fundamental knowledge of English and Italian (both verbal and written).
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, with a focus on B2B sectors.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot (certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market, with a preference for experience in the insurance or utilities industries.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
