Missions
Your Mission:
As a Junior Sales Manager in East Europe, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales growth within the region. You will build relationships with clients and partners while learning best practices within a dynamic team.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Territory Management: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in East Europe.
- Critical Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Comprehensive Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Moteurs Baudouin's products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Profil
Your Assets:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- You have initial experience (apprenticeship or 1-2 years) in industry engines sales or account management.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- You are motivated, curious, and eager to grow in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional regional language (e.g., Polish, Romanian) is a plus.
- Will to travel within the region as needed (approx. 40-50%).
