Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as a Backup Program and National Test Center Coordinator at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) Europe Education Center in Livorno, Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and administrative support services to students and ensure Quality Assurance Standards are met.
  • Document all student contact and schedule follow-up activities through UMGC's Customer Relations Management System.
  • Collaborate with host military Education Services Officers and Education Center staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Organize and participate in local Education Fairs, Open Houses, and other events to promote UMGC and provide support to students.
  • Track and analyze class enrollments and student interest to inform scheduling decisions and ensure adequate resources for instruction.
  • Provide National Test Center testing services to meet community demand while balancing other duties.
  • Participate in UMGC staff meetings, professional development activities, and training sessions as required.
  • Compile and report monthly statistics as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Background in customer service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with accurate attention to detail
  • Possess basic office management and clerical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • U.S. valid driver's license
