Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure progress and success of improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices and tools to solve complex problems and drive business results.
- Support the implementation of management rituals and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to contribute to process optimization efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (French is a plus)
