Sales Manager - Service Business Area

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Service Business Area team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability growth in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of service sales professionals to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with service teams and business areas to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong people management skills, including engagement, development, and coaching.
  • Strong customer service and analytical approach.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and a fast-learning attitude.
  • A self-starter attitude to identify problems and find solutions autonomously.
  • Strong ability to interface with other departments and teams in a cooperative way.
