Operations Talent Program

The Operations Talent Program is a two-year graduate program designed for recent graduates to accelerate their growth and development within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations. The program is held in various Operations Hubs worldwide, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in operations management.
Program StructureThe program is structured into three phases:
- Academy: A six-month training program that provides a comprehensive overview of operations and lays the groundwork for the next phase.
- Job Rotation: A one-year job rotation within the same function, allowing participants to gain diverse experience and develop new skills.
- Individual Project Work: A six-month project that enables participants to apply their knowledge and skills to a real-world business case.
To be eligible for the program, candidates must:
- Hold a degree in STEM fields or Economics, acquired within the last year or graduation in 2024.
- Have a maximum of one year of working experience after obtaining a Master's Degree.
- Be fluent in English, with other languages considered a plus.
- Have gained significant intercultural experience by working or studying abroad for at least four continuous months.
- Be available to start the program in November 2024.
- Be eligible to work in the country where they are applying without requiring a visa sponsorship.

Selection ProcessThe selection process involves an online application, followed by an individual assessment, online interview with Talent Acquisition experts, online group assessment, and a final round with business leaders. The application will close by the 30th of September.
