Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Immersive Experience Staff/Guide to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.
  • Ticket Sales and Reservations: Help guests with ticket purchases, handle reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
  • Cash Handling: Take care of the cash register and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Store Management: Maintain a well-stocked museum store stand and provide support to enhance the overall experience.
  • Guided Tours: Guide visitors through the route and share details of the experience.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide support to enhance the overall experience and ensure the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Proficient in cash handling.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian, minimum level fluent-upper B2.
