Job Description

Your Mission

  • Support the preparation of monthly management reporting packages for countries, identifying and analyzing the root cause of variations and providing management commentary for all lines of the profit and loss statement.
  • Prepare country pack presentations to communicate financial performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams to evaluate existing and new business opportunities, perform profitability reviews, and design commercial strategies.
  • Support the adoption of standard finance tools and processes, and provide input for budget and forecast cycles.
  • Measure and communicate performance against established goals and objectives.
  • Control and analyze costs, and participate in departmental projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of finance experience, preferably in complex multinational businesses, with commercial and supply chain finance expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Established financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent data management skills.
  • Base level financial modeling skills, including DCF analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modeling.
  • Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving structured and unstructured problems.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent level of English and Italian.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance.
