Kemin Industries is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage excel files for various business areas, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation for daily shipments. This role involves collaborating with the logistics and warehouse team to guarantee seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Excel file maintenance: Creates loading lists based on shipment files and updates the daily loading/unloading schedule file.
- Shipment document preparation: Prepares orders on the management system and documents related to each shipment, up to invoicing.
- Other activities: Manages emails with transporters and customers regarding shipment documents.
Requirements
We seek a candidate with good knowledge of the Italian language, discrete knowledge of English writing skills, strong communication skills, accuracy, reliability, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
