Job Summary
Kemin Cavriago is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage excel files used by different areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping these files up-to-date and preparing documents for daily shipments. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth daily loads.

Responsibilities
- Logistics excel file maintenance: Creates loading lists based on the shipment file, updates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to give the correct information to the warehousemen.
- Preparation of shipment documents: Prepares the order on the management system, prepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the order.
- Other activities: Manages emails with transporters and customers regarding the documents of shipments made.
Requirements
Good knowledge of the Italian language and discrete knowledge of the English language mainly in writing. Good communication skills, accuracy and reliability, adaptability to work in a constantly changing environment, and ability to adapt plans as required. Good Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel).
