Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pardot / Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team at M.C. Soluzioni Informatiche SRL. In this role, you will lead Pardot / Marketing Cloud implementations across the entire project lifecycle, serving as a subject matter expert and advising clients and team members on best practices and vision for their Pardot usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor automated marketing campaigns across email and web platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing assets, including email templates, forms, and landing pages, that align with our company's brand and messaging.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on marketing strategy, automation best practices, and technical advice to optimize their Pardot / Marketing Cloud usage, driving business growth and success.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and actively promote adoption of Pardot / Marketing Cloud, ensuring our clients and team members are equipped to maximize its potential.
  • Lead requirements gathering and solution design, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and execute lead nurturing programs that drive engagement and conversion, leveraging Pardot / Marketing Cloud's capabilities to deliver measurable results.
  • Support clients in their day-to-day marketing automation operations, providing ongoing guidance and expertise to ensure their success.
  • Track and analyze project outcomes, communicating key findings and insights to leadership and key stakeholders, informing data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Pardot / Marketing Cloud Specialist or Pardot / Marketing Cloud Consultant certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing technology and systems, including HTML and CSS, to design and implement effective marketing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a CRM such as Tableau, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
