- Facilitate the design and implementation of email marketing strategies and push notifications through marketing automation technologies.
- Work closely with the CRM team to effectively segment and target various audiences.
- Track and analyze essential performance indicators related to CRM, email marketing, and push notification campaigns.
- Assist in crafting and refining customer journeys and automated processes.
- Support the analysis of customer data to uncover trends and potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of customer personas and audience segmentation tactics.
- Remain informed about industry best practices and advancements in CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Expertise in Eloqua: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging Eloqua for sophisticated marketing automation campaign development, management, and enhancement.
