Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of OSRAM products for the automotive industry in Italy through vanselling and customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain a customer database to track sales and customer interactions.
- Organize and plan visits to customers and distributors to promote products and provide technical training.
- Monitor and analyze the market to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor product quality and collect feedback from the sales force.
Requirements:
- Technical high school educational background.
- Knowledge of or experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Strong ability to establish business relationships with customers.
- High level of sales, communication, and presentation skills.
- Category B driving license and experience in driving, particularly maneuvering a van on small properties.
- Organized and planning-oriented.
- Fluency in English.
