Automotive Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our B2B customers, processing orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders from B2B customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks, including processing POs and budget checks.
- Assist in organizing fleet events and supporting the Head of Sales and Head of Fleet as needed.
Requirements:
- Italian native speaker level
- Previous experience in fleet (at least six months)
- First experience in B2B communication
- First experience in sales and geographic knowledge in Italy
- Ideal knowledge of financial products and processes
- Experience in direct sales with high-priced goods
- Strategic and sales-oriented mindset
- Ideal knowledge in mobility and technology of EVs
- Background knowledge of e-mobility (charging infrastructure, knowledge of government subsidies, prejudices about e-mobility, competition, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Good communication skills
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid working model
