Our mission at McArthurGlen Group is to create exceptional retail experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. We're looking for a talented Retail Operations Lead to join our team at our designer outlet centre near Venice, Italy.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-centric and dynamic retail operations lead to champion the building of strong relationships with our brand partners and maximise the overall retail performance of stores within our centre. As Retail Operations Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, recruiting and training retail teams, and advising on store layouts.

What You'll Do
  • Provide guidance to store leaders on increasing sales and improving customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams
  • Advising on store layouts and visual merchandising strategies
  • Monitor and analyse store metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working within retail operations, ideally at area management level in the fashion industry
  • Strong analytical, excel, and reporting skills, alongside advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience managing and monitoring KPIs and understanding and analysing store metrics
