About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Partner at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our key accounts in Italy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship between Veeva and our top Italian accounts, with a focus on long-term partnership and growth.
- Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working to drive business results.
- Serve as the ambassador for our customers within Veeva, ensuring their needs are met and their success is prioritized.
- Nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, and develop new ones as needed.
- Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting our customers' business and IT goals.
- Oversee and coach the multi-functional global account team to drive innovation and execution excellence.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses.
- Manage account administration and provide input for accurate forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand knowledge of Veeva's offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined experience in sales and consulting services.
- Experience in software, consulting, or pharmaceutical marketing agencies.
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector.
- Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement.
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions and benefits realized.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency toward customers' needs.
- Self-starter/self-motivator with minimal need for direct supervision.
