Role Overview

Are you enthusiastic about marketing and eager to contribute positively to enhancing consumer experiences? This internship presents a valuable opportunity to engage with our Marketing division within the Consumer Goods sector, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager for TENA, a brand cherished by countless consumers globally. This internship allows you to immerse yourself in a vibrant and engaging environment, where your ideas can flourish and your professional aspirations can be pursued. You will gain exposure to a diverse array of experiences and learn directly from industry experts, playing a role in projects that create a significant impact. This internship is a full-time position lasting 6 months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Brand Strategy Development: Work alongside the Marketing team to establish and execute branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Aid in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. Evaluate campaign performance and analyze outcomes to enhance future strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Brand Monitoring: Conduct continuous analysis of market trends, engage in consumer research, and monitor brand performance consistently.
  • Collaboration with External Partners: Work with external agencies and vendors to manage creative processes, media, content definition, and ensure website updates.
  • Digital Communication Strategy: Actively participate in creating and implementing digital communication across various owned and paid channels.
  • Savi Couponing Analysis: Monitor and evaluate Savi campaigns, tracking conversion rates for digital samples, print materials, and promotional activities.
  • Product and Packaging Development: Contribute to the product and packaging development process from initial concept to market launch.
  • Online Brand Management: Assist in managing the brand's online presence through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Daily Operational Tasks: Handle routine operational responsibilities associated with marketing and brand management, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree is required. We seek a Master of Science student or a recent graduate in Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline with a strong interest in marketing and brand management.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written) is essential, as English will be utilized in daily communications.
  • Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a strong aptitude for data analysis, is expected.
  • A genuine passion for customers and brands, with a desire to contribute actively to achieving organizational goals.
