Role Overview

Are you enthusiastic about marketing and eager to make a significant impact on enhancing consumer experiences? This internship presents a valuable opportunity to engage with our Marketing division within the Consumer Goods sector, working closely with the Brand Manager for TENA, a brand cherished by millions globally. During this internship, you will be immersed in a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, allowing you to express your ideas and pursue your career aspirations. You will have access to diverse experiences and learn directly from industry experts, contributing to initiatives that truly matter. This internship is designed for a full-time commitment over a 6-month period, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Brand Strategy Development: Work alongside the Marketing team to outline and execute branding and marketing initiatives. Marketing Campaign Management: Aid in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. Evaluate campaign performance and analyze outcomes to enhance future efforts. Conduct Market Analysis: Perform ongoing evaluations of market trends, engage in consumer research, and continuously assess brand performance. Collaborate with External Partners: Work with external agencies and vendors to manage creative processes, media planning, content definition, and website updates. Digital Communication Collaboration: Actively participate in creating and implementing digital communication strategies across various owned and paid channels. Analyze Coupon Campaigns: Monitor and evaluate coupon campaigns, tracking conversion rates for digital samples, print materials, and promotional activities. Support Product Development: Contribute to the product and packaging development process, from initial concept to market launch. Manage Online Brand Presence: Assist in overseeing the brand's digital footprint through social media, websites, and other online platforms. Handle Operational Tasks: Manage daily operational responsibilities related to marketing and brand management, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree is required. We seek a Master of Science student or a recent graduate in Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline with a strong enthusiasm for marketing and brand management. Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written) is essential, as English will be utilized in daily communications. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a good aptitude for data analysis, are necessary. A genuine passion for customers and brands, with a desire to actively contribute to achieving our objectives, is essential.
