About the Role:

Tecnimont is seeking a highly experienced Civil & Structural Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of civil and structural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project execution strategies in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project engineering managers and other civil project leaders to create and maintain project procedures, guidelines, and standards.
  • Ensure the coordination of activities across disciplines, locations, and engineering centers, guaranteeing consistency of documents, respect of time schedules, implementation of contract requirements, and compliance with assigned budgets and quality standards.
  • Interact with client representatives and vendors on technical topics impacting project timelines and costs.
  • Provide assistance to procurement, commissioning, and construction departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering in plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and power sectors.
  • Past experience as a project leader.
  • Experience in coordinating international working groups distributed across different locations.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Availability to travel for short and long periods in Italy and abroad.
