Job Title: Senior Research Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Technician to join our team at the Human Technopole Foundation. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in laboratory settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting experiments in stem cell neurobiology, combining cutting-edge methods from molecular biology, genome editing, biochemistry, cell biology, and organoids.
  • Optimizing and scaling up pipelines to perform cell culture experiments in high throughput and/or high content.
  • Generating and optimizing new tools and protocols.
  • Providing technical support and supervision to other laboratory members.
  • Liaising with the Centre's Lab Manager and other staff to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
  • MSc in biological or biomedical disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Lab Technician.
  • Track record in advanced cell culture, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, histology, and microscopy.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in high-throughput screening and/or high content screening, as well as with in vivo models.
