Job Summary

The Guest Relation Specialist is a dedicated professional responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for guests staying in our Anantara suites. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service and create lasting memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all suites and guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained to meet hotel standards.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel features and surroundings to provide guests with valuable information.
  • Provide friendly and educated assistance to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and tailor services accordingly.
  • Ensure Anantara brand standards are maintained, including etiquette and procedures.
  • Create memorable experiences for guests through thoughtful gestures and attention to detail.
  • Report for duty punctually, wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and self-hygiene.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of shifts and maintain effective communication with team members.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Set up suites according to guest preferences and requests.
  • Be flexible and willing to work any assigned shift.
  • Assist the Butler team as needed with luggage and shoe treatments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Italian and English (B2 level or above).
  • Previous hotel experience or similar.
  • Knowledge of service skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and follow directions.
