About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at beonit, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the development, construction, and commissioning of large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery, including coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate and negotiate contract terms, including pricing, scope of work, and delivery schedules.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including health and safety, environmental, and commercial risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and external parties.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and community leaders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Graduate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience with EPC construction and commissioning.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to lead project teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • Fluent Italian language skills, with high value placed on English language skills.
