About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Management Coordinator to join our team at PSI CRO. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: You will be the main point of contact for our company reception, ensuring that all visitors, customers, and business partners receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Administrative Support: You will be responsible for managing our telephone center, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating dispatch orders via courier services.
  • Organizational Tasks: You will perform a range of organizational and administrative tasks independently, including ordering consumables and office materials, and procuring advertising materials.
  • Event Planning: You will take on the planning and organization of company events, as well as special events, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and successfully.
Requirements
  • Education: A university degree is required.
  • Experience: Experience in the field of office organization in an international company is essential.
  • Skills: You must be solution-orientated, work well as a team player, and independently. You should also have confident and sound knowledge of MS Office, as well as very good knowledge of English and Italian.
