About the Role

We are seeking a Traffic Office Coordinator within our Operations department to contribute to our innovative approach to road freight logistics. This position is based in our Milan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with carriers to support our rapid expansion.
  • Oversee daily transport operations in Italy and address inquiries from carriers.
  • Leverage your understanding of partner businesses to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Handle daily operational tasks effectively.
Candidate Profile
  • Proficient in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators (Excel skills required).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and geography.
  • 1-2 years of experience in full truckload transport and express courier services.
  • Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Skills in mediation and claims management.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and transport regulations is a plus.
