Project Management for Digital Transformation

As a Project Manager at Additive, you will be the central pillar for our software onboarding process. You will work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our web software. Your goal is to help hoteliers get started with our platform and show them the basics and many tricks to exploit its full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Project management for the implementation of ADDITIVE+ APPS for new clients
  • Advising clients on online marketing and software issues
  • Running workshops and tutorials for our web applications
  • Development of existing customer relationships (cross-selling and up-selling)

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and independent work
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
