Job Title: IT Project Manager

At Alpitronic, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our projects from requirements definition through deployment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop a high-performing project team by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and revise features as necessary to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Previous years of work experience in this role and in developing platforms for internal processes.
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
  • Excellent capability in planning and task identification.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of English, Italian, and/or German as a plus.
