OMNICHANNEL SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Omnichannel Sales Operations Coordinator to support our After Sales Department in Trebaseleghe (PD). As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of omnichannel sales strategies, focusing on after-sales flows and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience excellence.

Main Activities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage relationships and contacts with all WW Regions.
  • Process material requests and manage flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit).
  • Assist the Repairs Office in managing After Sales cases for EMEA boutiques.
  • Manage orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics).
  • Monitor regular flows and activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma from a technical institute in the sector or a degree in economics or foreign languages.
  • Professional use of Italian and English.
  • Previous internship experience in the After Sales sector is considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
