Role Overview:We are excited to announce ongoing opportunities for enthusiastic Engineering Graduates, as we are consistently seeking talented individuals for the role of Shift Maintenance Leader within our facilities in Northern Italy (Alba CN or Pozzuolo Martesana MI).
This position serves as a launchpad for a rewarding career in our dynamic and challenging Operations sector, enabling you to enhance both your technical and managerial capabilities for a successful journey at Ferrero.
Key Responsibilities:As a Shift Maintenance Leader at Ferrero, you will oversee various functions in the realms of Maintenance, Intervention Planning, and Human Resources Management, reporting directly to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager.
Your role will involve coordinating maintenance shift teams, supporting interventions, and collaborating on new project implementations. You will be tasked with defining, organizing, and managing the execution of periodic review programs, routine, extraordinary, and minor interventions, while optimizing associated costs to achieve production outcomes, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
You will be responsible for predictive maintenance scheduling, assessing on-call requests, prioritizing them, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Additionally, you will manage budgeting activities, identifying all requirements related to resources (personnel, spare parts, external service providers).
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics) and ideally have one to two years of experience in similar Manufacturing environments.
Your contributions to the team's success will stem from your solid understanding of maintenance processes along with your interpersonal and management skills.
A willingness for international mobility will be advantageous, complemented by a genuine passion and curiosity for the Food industry.
As an effective communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be essential for developing a broad intercultural competence.
As a key player in the maintenance process, you will be required to work on shifts.
