Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team at GRS Recruitment in Nicosia. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Offer administrative support to our managers, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain the security of sensitive information.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek language.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
