Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team at GRS Recruitment in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have previous experience as an office administrator and excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform front desk duties with a high level of professionalism
Provide administrative support to Managers, including handling correspondence and prioritizing tasks
Receive and screen phone calls, redirecting them when necessary
Handle confidential documents and maintain electronic and paper records
Conduct research and prepare reports as required
Requirements:
Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as Front Desk or similar administrative role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek language
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
