Job Overview
A reputable organization specializing in financial, corporate, and training services is seeking a recent graduate to join their team as an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to the company’s clientele, ensuring effective operations and seamless communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as required.
  • Provide support with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing tasks.
  • Engage with clients and colleagues to address their inquiries and requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients effectively.
  • Greet visitors and offer refreshments to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain corporate documentation and filing systems.
  • Communicate with clients via email and telephone.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, banks, and global agents.
  • Facilitate apostille certifications and courier services.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile
  • Possession of a University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role within the industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
