A reputable pharmaceutical production organization is in search of a **Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator** to enhance their operational team. Candidates with a background in office management and fluency in both Greek and English are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute front desk operations efficiently.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management personnel.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Manage all forms of correspondence, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for personnel and visitors.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Organize both electronic and physical records for optimal accessibility.
  • Maintain current records and files systematically.
  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or comparable administrative position.
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Greek.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
