We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and assisting with various office duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office stock and supplies, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, including financial and personnel information.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
  • Ensure the office is organized and tidy, with all necessary documents and equipment readily available.
  • Process invoices and orders, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SoftOne ERP is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Friendly and polite personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
