Position Overview
A reputable organization specializing in financial, corporate, and training services is collaborating with GRS Recruitment to identify a recent graduate for the role of Office Administrator. This position is crucial for providing essential administrative assistance to the company’s clientele, ensuring effective operations and seamless communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are well-maintained and organized.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Support photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to address their requests and requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Greet visitors and provide refreshments to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain and organize corporate files.
  • Handle correspondence with clients through email and phone.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, banks, and global agents.
  • Facilitate apostille certifications.
  • Arrange courier services as required.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile
  • Possession of a University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role within the industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a positive demeanor.
