About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their businesses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Issue daily invoices and manage client payments
  • Handle all administrative tasks with the Registrar of Companies and the Tax office
  • Sign contracts, agreements, and resolutions on behalf of clients
  • Bind audited financial statements for clients
  • Filing documents for clients

Requirements

  • Experience with Quorum software
  • Knowledge of KYC procedures
  • Understanding of Registrar of Companies requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Greek and English
