The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utilizing Quorum Software, managing relationships with the Registrar of Companies, and executing KYC procedures. This role offers a supportive work atmosphere for the right individual.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue daily invoices.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks related to the Registrar of Companies and the Tax Authority.
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts, agreements, and resolutions for diverse clients.
  • Compile and bind audited financial statements for various clients.
  • Organize and file client documentation.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience with QUORUM software.
  • Ability to conduct KYC processes for clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements for the Registrar of Companies.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
