Administrative Support Specialist

We are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a highly organized Office Administrator for their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at a highly progressive company that focuses on its clients' needs and develops long-term relationships.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Issuing quotations, invoices, receipts, statements and managing receivables and administrative communications with our clients.
- Issuing purchase orders and managing payables and administrative communications with our vendors.
- Supporting bookkeeping operations.
- Supporting the daily operation of our office, including collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests, ordering food & coffee for the team, and other out-of-office errands.
- Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company director.
- At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Computer literate.
- Provident fund.
- Training courses paid for professional development.
- Friendly working environment.
