About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Processes Organization Development Coordinator to join our HR Team at Moncler's Headquarter offices in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the evolution of global HR application solutions across all HR Processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong partnering with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders to lead Organization Development initiatives, coordinate Organization Development needs assessment, and provide insights for decision making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain models for analytics and planning, and provide strategic workforce insights for the business.
  • Manage the global master data and CoreHR module, ensuring compliance and accuracy of data required for all HR processes.
  • Produce organizational compliance reports and dossiers, as well as ensure the production of the global company organization chart.
  • Work with HQ Regional teams and IT to ensure successful delivery of global projects, supporting all transformation steps of HR solutions.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Management, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience gained in similar roles, with a focus on Project Management activities.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and main HR Management tools.
