Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project and Program Management team in the ARUP Milan Office, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of building, industrial, and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
