We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Project and Program Management team in the ARUP Milan Office, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing building, industrial, and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Management of the Build Environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD and 3D modeling software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interior design experience
  • Knowledge of rendering and project management software
  • Attendance of project management courses or training programs
