About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair activities on Small Gas Turbines Products and Systems, ensuring compliance with site programmes and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, coordinating service activities to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for product enhancements and documentation updates.
  • Supervise technical staff during service and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with rotating equipment and Small Gas Turbines Products and Systems.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to influence and lead teams in different countries.
  • High commitment to Siemens Energy's Zero-Harm culture and safety protocols.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office IT systems and proficient in English and Italian.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and under pressure/time constraints.
