Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Product Assurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our hardware components with program requirements. This involves establishing requirements for EEE parts quality management, guaranteeing the conformity of EEE and related materials and processes, and managing EEE parts NCRs and related NRBs.

You will work closely with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your expertise in EEE component technologies, international standards, and space quality standards will be essential in driving our product assurance initiatives forward.

Requirements
  • A master degree in engineering or a relevant technical science
  • Knowledge of EEE component technologies and international standards (Automotive, ESA, NASA, MIL, IPC)
  • Experience with Space Quality Standards (and Space Standards in general), their implementation, and the space industry in general
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions (experience with institutional programs is considered a plus)
  • Experience with EN9100 standard
  • Excellent ability to use MS Office tools and NCR management tools
  • Knowledge of Jira, Jama, Confluence, and Teamcenter is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks to comply with deadlines and communicate clearly and effectively
