Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist for Building Management Systems, you will be part of the HQ Technical Sales Services team, tasked with assisting Siemens technical experts across various domains (Comfort, Fire, Energy, and Security) in managing their buildings through Desigo BMS solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Offering support and troubleshooting technical challenges faced by Siemens technical experts in different countries throughout the entire product lifecycle (design, commissioning, and maintenance) of Siemens Desigo On-premise and Off-premise solutions (SaaS). Adopting a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback from specific projects, replicating issues in a lab setting when feasible, identifying software bugs, understanding customer change requests, and proactively suggesting software enhancements to R&D and product management teams. Identifying topics for documentation in knowledgebase articles. Continuously enhancing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Siemens BMS software and associated subsystems.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a technical support role is essential. Strong skills in Problem-Solving, Communication, Organization, Flexibility, Adaptability, and Resilience are required. A keen interest in new technologies and a foundational understanding of them is highly valued. Familiarity with Energy, Comfort, Fire, and Security field devices from Siemens is advantageous. A commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. Respect for individual uniqueness and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge. Proficiency in English and Italian is necessary. Eligibility to work in Italy is required.What We Provide
