About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Reporting and Requests: Manage and respond to technical reports and requests from various sites, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Organize and prioritize both routine and emergency maintenance tasks, collaborating with external suppliers as needed.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and diagnose issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
  4. Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects aimed at improving work environments and business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  5. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external providers, ensuring high-quality services and interventions.
  6. Cost Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate and detailed cost reports, managing budgets and resources effectively.
  7. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Contract Management: Oversee the execution of external contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to service level agreements.
  9. Purchase Orders and Inventory Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely receipt of goods and materials.
  10. Asset Management: Register and deregister assets, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  11. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in a technical field (Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Management Engineering).
  2. Experience: Previous experience in facility management, preferably in a large company.
  3. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  4. Language: Intermediate-level English, both spoken and written.
  5. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Organizational: Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
