About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Fedrigoni SpA. As a key member of our Customer Care Export team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales orders and sampling in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch.
  • Organize shipments to customers, track orders to delivery, and address post-sale shipping issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local subsidiaries abroad and Sales Managers in markets without direct subsidiaries, supporting them in managing customer requests and developing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform reactive cross-selling activities to clients when requested products are not available.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete information, and sources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Languages, or related fields.
  • Previous 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP; Excel and other IT tools are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, flexible, and great with people.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; other languages (such as Spanish or French) are a strong plus.
