**About Siemens Electronic Design Automation SARL**
We are a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation, providing software and hardware design solutions that help engineers around the world create new and innovative electronic products.
Our Global Support division is a critical element for customer satisfaction and success, and we are now looking for a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional support to both our external and internal customers using our PCB Design Flow software applications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other support engineers to create and promote innovative methods to help customers adopt new technology.
- Solve complex design issues, part of multiple projects you may work on at any one time.
- Creation of well-written knowledge base articles that enable customers to self-solve issues while you continually expand your technical knowledge of PCB flow applications.
**Requirements**
- BSEE or equivalent, with significant Electronics expertise, combined with proven experience in the PCB design process from schematic entry to layout/manufacturing.
- Ideal experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition Enterprise flow applications, or competitor application experience.
- Knowledge of Virtual Basic Scripting desirable.
- Very good command of, and proficiency in spoken and written English combined with a strong customer service approach.
