Export Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Export team at Fedrigoni SpA. As a key member of our Customer Care Export team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and sampling in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch.
  • Organize shipments to customers, track orders to delivery, and address post-sale shipping issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local subsidiaries abroad and Sales Managers in markets without direct subsidiaries, supporting them in managing customer requests and developing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform reactive cross-selling activities to clients when requested products are not available.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with clear calls-to-action, dates, complete information, and sources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Languages, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP; Excel and other IT tools are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, flexible, and great with people.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; other languages (such as Spanish or French) are a strong plus.
